Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand acceleration strategies for the assigned portfolio to achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends to define Sephora's priorities and create differentiation.
  • Manage and co-develop mini formats for skincare and haircare brands, ensuring sales maximization and stock management.
  • Optimize product assortments and monitor monthly budgets for all brands within the portfolio.
  • Provide distribution recommendations to enhance productivity and track changes.
  • Participate in pricing and discount strategies in coordination with Revenue Growth Management.
  • Manage regional forecasts for new products and construct 360° omnichannel activation toolboxes for seasonal campaigns.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects to enhance brand visibility and performance.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, BPM, and legal teams to safeguard category interests.
  • Supervise the team intern.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, retail marketing, or digital marketing.
  • University degree in business or related field.
  • International profile with fluency in English.

Skills

Strong organizational and analytical skills. Proactive and action-oriented approach. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Passion, initiative, and curiosity.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or related fields.

Education

University degree in business or related field.
