Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the assortment strategy and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle across retail and e-commerce channels.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong supplier partnerships through regular business reviews and performance tracking.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, sales data, and budgets to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Drive merchandising concepts, floor plans, and localization efforts for stores, corners, and new openings.
  • Ensure high-quality execution of merchandising standards and continuous process improvement.
  • Act as a key liaison between local teams and the Paris headquarters, fostering robust stakeholder relationships.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, visual merchandising, sales, CRM, and digital teams for product launches and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in category management, buying, merchandising, or a similar commercial role.

Skills

Strong understanding of product, brand, and trade marketing as well as sales principles. High analytical capabilities. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills in German and English. Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, agile environment.

Experience

At least 3 years of relevant experience in category management, buying, merchandising, or a similar commercial role is required.
