Sephora internship: Category Manager Assistant for Skincare in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. January 2026 start.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support category managers in developing and executing skincare brand strategies across the French market
- Collaborate with e-store animation teams to build digital activation plans for website and mobile app, including brand/product selection and creative validation
- Implement online brand action plans and coordinate marketing levers such as promotional offers, sample programs, and product bundles
- Define categorical assortments for thematic site animations and newsletter campaigns, ensuring optimal product selection and data accuracy
- Drive category performance through CRM and e-CRM initiatives to maximize visibility and omnichannel reach
- Manage cross-functional category projects from conception through execution
- Conduct performance analysis via reporting and track both qualitative and quantitative KPIs across the banner, brands, and commercial highlights
- Prepare improvement recommendations based on regular benchmarking of competitor websites, activations, and promotional offers
Qualifications
- Enrolled in Master's 1 or 2 studies in business school or equivalent university program with specialization in marketing or commerce
- Demonstrated excellence in teamwork and collaborative problem-solving
- Strong synthesis and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with capacity for independent initiative
- Preferred: prior experience in marketing
- Preferred: demonstrated passion for or knowledge of the beauty industry

Education
Currently enrolled in Master's 1 or 2 program (M1 or M2) in business school or equivalent university program with specialization in marketing, commerce, or related discipline. Available for a second-half-year or end-of-studies internship.
