Sephora seeks a Cashier for its Shopping Anália Franco location in São Paulo, Brazil. The role demands precise handling of cash transactions, gift wrapping, and customer service in accordance with Sephora procedures, whilst maintaining store presentation standards and supporting daily retail operations including returns, exchanges, and inventory management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute cash handling procedures with accuracy and efficiency, including opening and closing cash registers
- Process customer transactions, including returns, exchanges, and refunds in a positive and professional manner
- Greet and serve all customers with enthusiasm according to Sephora service standards
- Complete gift wrapping and appropriate product packaging
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the checkout area and backstage zones
- Adhere to all Sephora customer service policies, LVMH code of ethics, and operational procedures
- Assist in stock management, including monitoring supplies such as packaging, bags, labels, and other consumables
- Participate in staff training and onboarding of new cashiers
- Engage customers in appropriate conversation and encourage satisfaction survey participation
- Communicate supply and operational needs to store supervisors and management
- Support special events and merchandise promotions as directed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clear verbal communication in Portuguese with customers and colleagues
- Ability to operate a point-of-sale system
- Reliability and consistent attendance
- Willingness to respect dress code requirements

Experience
Previous experience as a cashier is desirable but not required; beginner candidates with strong customer service orientation are encouraged to apply.
