Sephora hiring Cashier in São Paulo, Brazil. On-site, full-time position with entry-level opportunity in selective retailing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process all customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including gift wrapping
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and execute Sephora's prescribed customer service procedures
- Operate point-of-sale systems and manage cash handling, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards at the checkout area and backstage facilities
- Facilitate customer engagement during transactions and encourage satisfaction surveys
- Complete opening and closing cash procedures and communicate supply replenishment needs
- Participate as a motivated and productive team member
- Assist in training new cashiers and support store operations as needed
- Adhere to Sephora's sample policies, pricing adjustments, and employee transaction protocols
Qualifications
