Sephora Cashier position in São Paulo, Brazil. Part-time and full-time roles available at Cidade Jardim shopping center.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including gift wrapping and packaging services
- Greet and serve customers with enthusiasm according to Sephora's service procedures
- Handle returns and exchanges with professionalism and positivity
- Maintain cash drawer procedures, including opening, closing, and reconciliation
- Uphold checkout area cleanliness and organization standards
- Assist with point-of-sale operations and price adjustments as approved by management
- Participate in stock management and inventory control activities
- Engage customers in relevant product and store information discussions
- Support store presentation and merchandising initiatives
- Complete My Sephora Learning training modules and seek additional training as needed
- Contribute to a welcoming workplace environment and adhere to LVMH Group ethical standards
- Communicate supply needs and operational issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- Secondary school education or equivalent
- Clear verbal communication skills with customers and colleagues
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Reliable and consistent attendance and performance
- Willingness to respect dress code and workplace policies
- Availability and scheduling flexibility
