Role & Responsibilities
- Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures as outlined by Sephora.
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Accurately and efficiently process transactions, including gift wrapping and handling returns or exchanges.
- Engage customers in appropriate conversations during transactions and provide basic product information.
- Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area and assist in stockroom maintenance.
- Execute daily cashier and operational functions, including opening and closing procedures, price adjustments, and supply communication.
- Complete all required training through My Sephora Learning and assist in training new cashiers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience as a cashier is desirable but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
