Sephora Curitiba seeks a full-time Cashier (on-site) to operate POS, manage cash and deliver exceptional customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute accurate and efficient point-of-sale transactions, including returns, exchanges, employee transactions and cash handling procedures.
- Greet and serve all customers enthusiastically, delivering Sephora-standard client service and engaging appropriately during checkout.
- Maintain cash register area and back-of-house standards of cleanliness, organization and presentation.
- Follow all opening, closing and cash-control procedures daily; escalate irregularities to the store manager or supervisor.
- Support inventory and supply control for consumables (bags, boxes, tags, etc.) and communicate replenishment needs.
- Assist with merchandise events, promotional displays and in-store product disclosures as directed.
- Participate in My Sephora Learning training programs and contribute to onboarding and coaching of new cashiers.
- Adhere to Sephora and LVMH codes of conduct and store safety policies; contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cashier or retail checkout experience preferred but not required.
- Strong customer-service and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated reliability, flexibility and adherence to company dress and conduct standards.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems desirable.
