Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional service and uphold Sephora operational standards.
- Provide ongoing training to enhance cash handling capability, operational accuracy, and product knowledge.
- Conduct performance check-ins, set clear goals, and create personalized development plans.
- Manage employee relations matters professionally, including attendance and performance concerns.
- Oversee all cash operations including tills, reconciliations, safe management, and daily audits.
- Analyze cash-related KPIs and drive action plans to elevate operational performance.
- Implement loss-prevention processes and ensure adherence to Sephora policies.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and introduce process improvements.
- Troubleshoot IT and payment-related issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain store standards across cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure prompt replenishment.
- Assist with new store opening activities such as unboxing and organizing stock.

- Proven leadership experience in retail with expertise in cash handling and financial processes.
- Outstanding customer service skills and ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
