Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors to ensure high levels of motivation, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee all cash handling procedures, including register operations, deposits, and reconciliations, ensuring financial accuracy and security.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and create personalized development plans for team members.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs related to cash management, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the store team to implement loss prevention strategies and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Resolve IT or operational issues related to cash transactions to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Support new store opening procedures, including unboxing deliveries and stocking shelves.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of cash handling and operational efficiency.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to deliver tailored experiences.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to analyze store performance and drive sales. Comfortable using technology and systems for operations management.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management role within the retail industry.
