Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional service and uphold Sephora's operational standards.
- Provide ongoing training to enhance cash handling capabilities and operational accuracy.
- Conduct performance check-ins, set clear goals, and create personalized development plans.
- Manage employee relations matters professionally, including attendance and performance concerns.
- Oversee all cash operations including tills, reconciliations, and daily audits ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze cash-related KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and drive action plans.
