Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional service and uphold Sephora's operational standards.
  • Provide ongoing training to enhance cash handling capabilities and operational accuracy.
  • Conduct performance check-ins, set clear goals, and create personalized development plans.
  • Manage employee relations matters professionally, including attendance and performance concerns.
  • Oversee all cash operations including tills, reconciliations, and daily audits ensuring accuracy and compliance.
