Role & Responsibilities
- Support the legal team on matters of consumer law, distribution and competition law across commercial activities.
- Validate promotional and communication materials (advertising across media, sales, promotions, loyalty offers, pricing display, contests) to ensure regulatory compliance, including Omnibus rules.
- Draft and review commercial contracts and ancillary documents: general and specific purchase conditions, distribution agreements, service contracts, NDAs and related templates.
- Monitor legislative and case‑law developments; prepare legal notes and presentations for operational teams (Marketing/CRM).
- Participate in the follow‑up of pre‑litigation and litigation files, notably regarding abrupt termination of commercial relations and related disputes.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or holder of a Master’s degree in Business Law with a specialization in commercial/distribution/consumer law or equivalent degree from a grande école.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — essential for interaction with international teams.
- Excellent drafting and written communication skills, strong synthesis and legal reasoning.
- Organised, rigorous, proactive and curious with the ability to collaborate with commercial and marketing stakeholders.
- Previous internship or experience within a retail legal department is a strong advantage.
