Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the BI Finance reference for Europe & Middle East, gathering and prioritizing business data needs and ensuring their effective communication to the IT Data team.
  • Collaborate with IT to determine optimal solutions for business needs and ensure successful execution and user acceptance testing.
  • Propose and implement process optimizations by identifying opportunities within existing or developing BI tools and promoting their adoption.
  • Support and train the BI Finance user community, sharing information and best practices, and leading a training program on Sephora's BI tools, primarily Power BI.
  • Coordinate regional data governance and system administration, ensuring data integrity and coherence between BI applications and ERP systems.
  • Serve as the key-user for the S! One project, assisting users with SAP S/4 migration and providing training on its functionalities.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Finance, or Management Information Systems.
  • Significant experience (5-10 years) in a related field.

Skills

Strong affinity for information systems and recommended financial knowledge. Experience in management control with knowledge of SAP and Power BI is advantageous. Proactive, anticipatory, and autonomous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Education

Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Finance, or Management Information Systems.
