Sephora Collection seeks Business Development Manager for NAM region, Neuilly-sur-Seine. Support go-to-market planning, sales tracking, and cross-functional execution for prestige beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Head of NAM in developing and executing go-to-market plans with weekly and monthly performance tracking across markets, channels, categories, and franchise operations
- Coordinate deployment and monitoring of activation plans, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines while addressing regional commercial needs
- Serve as key coordination point for all commercial activation levers, including launch support, merchandising, PR and media, calendars, and sampling initiatives
- Develop deep market intelligence across NAM territories and share insights, best practices, and strategic recommendations with the extended team
- Consolidate and analyze key commercial KPIs—including sales, market share, rankings, basket penetration, and activation performance—to identify opportunities, risks, and mitigation plans
- Monitor regional and local investments by country, lever, and priority; assess return on investment and recommend optimization strategies
- Prepare comprehensive business reviews, performance summaries, executive presentations, and ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and regional leadership
- Support forecast review cycles by consolidating market data, flagging gaps and risks, and ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operational Marketing, Product Marketing, E-commerce, Education, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regulatory to advance NAM commercial priorities
- Structure priorities, timelines, and follow-up actions to ensure efficient execution and transparent stakeholder communication
Qualifications
- Master's degree from a business school or equivalent university-level qualification
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in business development, key account management, category management, operational marketing, or comparable business-facing roles
- Demonstrated strong business acumen with solid analytical capabilities
- Proven ability to transform data into concrete, actionable recommendations
- Strong organizational discipline, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in managing multiple concurrent priorities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities with capacity to engage effectively across multiple stakeholders spanning regions and functions
- Fluent English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced command of Excel and PowerPoint
- Curiosity, autonomy, collaborative team orientation, and proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Willingness to undertake international travel when required
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in business development, key account management, category management, operational marketing, or a similar customer-facing commercial role. Experience in the luxury, beauty, or selective distribution sectors is advantageous.
Education
Master's degree from a business school or equivalent university-level qualification.
