Role & Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Sephora Collection central teams and LATAM markets (Mexico and Brazil), ensuring clear, timely communication and alignment of priorities.
• Coordinate with central departments (product marketing, operations, supply chain, regulatory, training, digital, etc.) to adapt global guidelines, share assets and implement launch best practices for the region.
• Support forecast analysis, challenge assumptions on new product launches and monitor commercial performance at country level.
• Manage product comps and the tracking of samples and quality feedback between central teams and local markets.
• Represent LATAM needs internally: process country operational requests (orders, samples, visual assets), escalate local issues and identify best practices for central adoption.
• Assist countries with category management tasks including assortment construction, end‑of‑life management and local merchandising plans.
• Monitor and report on business performance (launch analyses, catalogue follow‑up, promotions, activations), track KPIs and budget lines, and produce post‑mortem analyses to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and market monitoring to inform local strategies and propose improvements to commercial initiatives.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, International Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field (alternance/apprenticeship format).
• Fluent command of English (mandatory).
• Prior international internship or experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
• High degree of autonomy, rigor and a collaborative mindset when working with cross‑functional and international stakeholders.

Entry‑level: suitable for candidates at the beginning of their professional career. A first internship in an international or cross‑border environment is an advantage.

Education

Currently enrolled in a higher education program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Marketing, International Trade or a related discipline; alternance/apprenticeship eligibility required.
