Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between European markets and central brand teams to translate local commercial needs into executable plans.
- Lead cross‑functional projects with significant commercial impact (examples: Sephora Favorites initiatives, CRM activations, sampling programs) and ensure flawless execution in coordination with Sephora retail teams.
- Represent European markets internally by defending local specificities, sharing best practices and ensuring operational requirements are addressed.
- Monitor and analyse commercial performance to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Manage category activities related to promotional calendars and product launch plans, ensuring on‑time execution at market level.
- Review and challenge sales forecasts for product launches to improve accuracy and readiness.
- Collaborate daily with Product Marketing, Market Operations, Supply, Digital and Training teams in a matrix environment.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a Master's level programme in business, management or a related discipline (required for a 12‑month alternance/apprenticeship).
- Strong numerical aptitude with an analytical mindset and experience interpreting commercial or performance data.
- High level of rigor, autonomy and ability to prioritise multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Fluency in English.
