Role & Responsibilities
- Support the expansion of Sephora Collection across the China and SEA markets (including SG, AUS, MY, TH, IN).
- Monitor and analyse commercial performance of assigned markets to identify opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain and update growth KPIs and periodic performance reporting to inform local and regional stakeholders.
- Assess effectiveness of product launches and seasonal commercial activations; produce ad‑hoc analyses to support decision making.
- Coordinate cross‑functional projects with Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising, E‑commerce and Training teams to optimise product assortment, visibility and activations.
- Coordinate logistics for product shipments to markets and analyse launch quantities and sell‑through.
- Support operational marketing execution by updating assortments and tracking launch plans.
- Conduct market and consumer trend analysis, and perform competitive digital benchmarking across Chinese platforms and SEA e‑commerce sites and social networks.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business, Marketing, International Trade or equivalent (required for alternance).
- Fluent in English (mandatory); basic knowledge of Chinese is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated interest in Asian markets and local commercial strategies.
- Strong organisational skills, autonomy and ability to manage multiple projects across international stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to synthesise quantitative reporting.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Beginner level. No prior full‑time experience required; a previous internship or exposure to an international context—preferably with sensitivity to Asian markets—is appreciated.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade or a related discipline (mandatory for alternance contract).
