Six-month internship based in Neuilly-sur-Seine beginning January 2027, supporting the Europe Middle East business unit within Sephora's finance and reporting function. The intern will participate in monthly closures, budget reporting, and campaign validation processes while analyzing product launch performance and optimizing reporting tools. This position suits candidates pursuing a career in financial analysis, business intelligence, or management consulting within the luxury beauty sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in monthly financial closures and reporting publication cycles
- Analyze performance metrics of product launches across Europe and Middle East
- Support budget reporting and reconciliation processes
- Reconcile data with suppliers to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Contribute to the optimization and development of reporting tools and dashboards
- Support the validation process for seasonal campaigns including the Christmas campaign
- Conduct ad hoc analytical studies and investigations as requested by the business unit
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university programme with specialization in Finance, Accounting, or Management Control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
- Professional-level English language skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools preferred

Experience
Prior experience in a financial control, business analysis, or similar analytical role is valued but not required for entry-level candidates. Candidates with demonstrated competency in financial reporting or management accounting are particularly encouraged to apply.
