Role & Responsibilities

• Participate in drafting the Boutique Book to establish EU merchant strategy guidelines and brand constraints
• Define recommendations for product category allocation, brand placement, and linear shelf space distribution
• Develop the offering vision aligned with customer journey and support the Visual Merchandising team
• Analyse performance metrics of visual merchandising tests and report findings
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and retroplanning across the merchant execution process
• Validate floor plans and layouts, oversee integration into management systems, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
• Provide input on European store opening floor plans and serve as the offering representative in cross-functional meetings
• Act as liaison between countries, product categories, and Brand Partnership teams to address brand-specific challenges
• Identify process optimization opportunities and propose improvements to the merchant execution workflow

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or about to graduate from a Bac+5 programme (Master's degree or equivalent university qualification)
• Fluent in English with ability to communicate effectively in an international environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; prior experience with reporting tools or data management platforms preferred
• Strong interest in retail, merchandising, and product strategy within the luxury beauty sector
• Analytical mindset with rigorous attention to detail and strong numeracy skills
