Role & Responsibilities
- Manage selective and exclusive brand trade partnerships in collaboration with Brand and European animation teams
- Implement comprehensive 360° brand plans including in-store visibility enhancements, brand staffing, and gift-with-purchase strategies
- Define and control pop-up materials while ensuring compliance with European guidelines and delivery timelines
- Coordinate periodic updates with Purchasing and Supply Chain Departments to maintain alignment on timing and logistics
- Manage extra-visibility tools mapping and materials placement across the store network
- Define and execute promotional mechanics and brand operational traffic-driving activities
- Assess feasibility of special store network activities in coordination with Brand teams and store operations
- Negotiate and coordinate brand staff scheduling in alignment with headquarters and store requirements
- Support recruitment and coordination of Make Up Artists for in-store events, PR activities, and store openings
- Share CRM and digital activity initiatives with internal departments and brand partners
- Provide analysis and support for major brand activities and communication campaigns
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand trade management, retail activation, or similar roles
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Deep understanding of retail dynamics and KPI analysis
- Customer-centric mindset with passion for brand excellence
- Strong relational and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
