Sephora Brand Partnerships Manager (EME region) – Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Lead brand negotiations, partnerships, and category management in luxury beauty retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Understand and address the strategic challenges of each brand in the portfolio
  • Build and lead omnichannel collaborations and partnerships with portfolio brands
  • Define negotiation objectives in collaboration with Category Management teams
  • Establish and monitor profitability objectives for each brand aligned with company commercial policy
  • Ensure legal security and compliance for all negotiated agreements across EME scope
  • Oversee listing negotiations and legal formalization of new brands
  • Monitor and enforce the application of local brand agreements across EME region countries
  • Track brand margins and propose corrective action plans as required
  • Share internal reporting with hierarchy and European Offer teams
  • Own and implement brand development strategies

Qualifications

  • University degree from a business school or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Category Management or negotiation within selective retailing or retail
  • Strong analytical and digital skills
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities and persuasiveness
  • Results-oriented mindset with ability to navigate uncertain and complex environments
  • Agility and adaptability in European and omnichannel development contexts
  • Excellent oral and public presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative team orientation
  • Proven ability to integrate effectively into matrix organizational structures

  • Fluent English
  • Product knowledge in prestige beauty (preferred)
