Role & Responsibilities

  • Understand and address the strategic challenges of each brand within the portfolio
  • Build and lead collaborative partnerships with all portfolio brands in an omnichannel environment
  • Define negotiation objectives in conjunction with Category Management teams
  • Establish profitability targets for each brand aligned with corporate commercial policy
  • Ensure legal compliance and security for all agreements negotiated across the Europe and Middle East region
  • Oversee listing negotiations and legal formalization of newly assigned brands
  • Monitor the application and adherence of local agreements across all EME region countries
  • Track margin performance by brand and develop corrective action plans as necessary
  • Prepare and share internal reporting with management and the European Offer team
  • Own and execute the brand development strategy across assigned portfolio

Qualifications

  • Business school degree or equivalent university qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Category Management or negotiation within selective retail or retail environments
  • Strong analytical and digital capabilities
  • Excellent negotiation skills with demonstrated persuasiveness and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to identify solutions within uncertain and complex contexts with results-oriented mindset
  • Agility and adaptability in European and omnichannel development contexts
