Role & Responsibilities

  • Understand the strategic challenges of each brand within the portfolio.
  • Build and lead collaborative partnerships with brands in an omnichannel environment.
  • Define negotiation objectives in collaboration with Category Management teams.
  • Establish profitability objectives for each brand aligned with the company's commercial policy.
  • Ensure legal compliance for all agreements within the EME scope.
  • Conduct listing negotiations and formalize legal agreements for new brands.
  • Monitor and ensure the application of local agreements across the EME region.
  • Track brand margins and propose action plans as necessary.
  • Share internal reporting with management and the European Offer team.
  • Implement and take ownership of the brand's development strategy.

Qualifications

  • Degree from a business school or university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Category Management or negotiation within Selective Retailing or Retail.

Strong analytical and digital skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities. Problem-solving skills in complex and uncertain contexts. Agility and adaptability in a European and omnichannel development context. Effective oral and public presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration. Ability to integrate into a matrix structure. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Fluent in English.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Category Management or negotiation within Selective Retailing or Retail.

Education

Degree from a business school or university.
