Sephora seeks Brand Partnership Assistant in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France for fixed-term operational support role in European brand management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational support to Brand Partnership Managers across European scope, assisting in preparation and follow-up of annual negotiations and commercial agreements
- Prepare necessary elements for negotiation meetings through data collection, consolidation of business information, tracking file updates, and organization of meeting logistics
- Coordinate practical arrangements for team meetings and key events, including room booking, visitor access coordination, invitation follow-ups, and logistical verification
- Manage administrative and operational follow-up of negotiated agreements to ensure timely document circulation, deadline compliance, and information reliability
- Support document management including receipt, filing, archiving of terms and conditions and pricing information, as well as document comparisons and preliminary review preparation
- Assist in drafting contractual frameworks and commercial appendices in support of the team, as appropriate to experience level
- Act as cross-functional coordinator for agreement execution follow-up, including reminders, status updates, approval consolidation, and signature tracking
- Contribute to reporting through compilation of sales data, margins, sell-in figures, key KPIs, and maintenance of tracking files
- Support resolution of recurring operational issues including price disputes, returns management, declarations monitoring, and mandate contractualization
- Streamline team workflow by handling minor operational, administrative, and logistical requests with rigor, responsiveness, and strong service orientation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) from business school, university, or equivalent institution
- Highly comfortable with numbers, tracking files, and data consolidation
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with general ease using collaborative tools and processes
- Demonstrated rigor, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities with reliability
- Ability to follow detailed processes, secure deadlines, and maintain high-quality execution in demanding environments
- Strong service orientation with focus on enabling team productivity and resolving operational friction points
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
- Affinity for beauty and cosmetics industry (preferred)

Experience
0–2 years of professional or internship experience ideally gained in commercial, purchasing, category management, finance, supply chain, marketing, administrative assistant, or project coordination environments. Entry-level candidates with strong organizational capabilities are encouraged to apply.
