Role & Responsibilities
- Define and centrally pilot Europe‑wide paid media full‑funnel strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion) for partner brands (COAD), ensuring integration within each brand's 360° marketing plan.
- Design and supervise implementation of integrated media plans that combine paid media, paid influence and media innovations across the full conversion funnel; adapt plans to market‑level specificities.
- Own campaign performance: establish dashboards, monitor KPIs, analyse results and recommend tactical and strategic optimisations to maximise ROI.
- Manage media budgets with rigour, validate media plans and ensure fiscal accountability across activations.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with partner brands: co‑construct strategies, validate plans, run regular review rituals and share campaign learnings.
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with Offer, Brand/Enseigne Marketing, Digital, CRM, Retail and PR teams to align activations and launch plans.
- Collaborate with local Sephora market teams to adapt campaigns to regulatory, media and consumer nuances and to disseminate best practices.
- Lead external agency relationships: produce high‑quality briefs, validate recommendations and challenge agency proposals to maximise campaign impact.
- Line‑manage and develop a Paris‑based team of media experts, ensuring capability building, effective project allocation and promotion of autonomy and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in media (agency or in‑house) with substantial exposure to beauty, retail or CPG advertisers; demonstrable track record in multi‑market European campaigns.
- Proven senior expertise in paid full‑funnel media strategy, paid influence and performance optimisation with a strong ROI orientation.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience, including coaching and developing high‑performing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to work across cultures and matrixed organisations.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with complex media reporting and dashboarding.

At least 15 years of progressive experience in media, ideally accumulated in media agencies or as a media lead within a distributor/advertiser in the beauty sector; proven experience managing complex, multi‑country paid media programmes across Europe and leading senior teams.
Education
Master’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
