Sephora Canada, Toronto — Brand Marketing Project Manager (15‑month contract) to lead mixed‑media campaigns, influencer programs and brand launches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of mixed‑media marketing campaigns, influencer initiatives, and brand launches from planning through deployment.
- Partner closely with Brand Marketing and Media teams to operationalize partner campaigns across internal and external platforms.
- Drive delivery of digital media campaigns across channels, ensuring timelines, assets and deliverables meet quality and schedule expectations.
- Build and maintain detailed campaign job folders, schedules, calendars and archives to support seamless project execution and knowledge transfer.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and internal communications to keep initiatives on track, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Support influencer program management including annual planning, master schedules, core documentation and timeline coordination.
- Set up and organize planning documents and tracking tools within SharePoint and related collaboration platforms.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and increase team efficiency for the Canadian market.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of project management, account management or program management experience within a marketing environment.
- University bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or equivalent relevant training.
- Experience managing digital media campaigns, brand launches and influencer programs is preferred.
- Proven ability to build strong cross‑functional relationships and influence multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects with exceptional attention to detail and executional rigor.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools; PMP designation is an asset but not required.

Experience
4–6 years of progressive project, account or program management experience within a marketing environment, with a demonstrated track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional campaigns and launches.
Education
University bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or equivalent relevant training.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 87,000 to CAD 98,000 per annum.
