Sephora seeks Brand Marketing Manager in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Temporary 4+ month contract managing European beauty brand activations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and manage brand relationships for all marketing topics, including online and offline activations, conversion-oriented digital projects, and data sharing
- Advise on brand investment in animations and monitor budgets accordingly
- Develop and coordinate overall brand growth strategy by defining personalized activation roadmaps with performance-improvement levers across all European markets
- Support merchant team strategy and offer priorities by building tailored animation strategies for each brand
- Lead key external meetings with brands including negotiations, product launch kick-offs, business reviews, and regular check-ins
- Analyze brand performance metrics to identify opportunities and share relevant data with partners
- Build powerful 360° activation toolboxes in collaboration with brand marketing specialists, creative, merchandising, ecommerce, CRM, social media, media, PR and training teams
- Lead internal marketing meetings to ensure project execution and cross-team communication
- Serve as the primary marketing contact on brand activations for all countries and support local teams on brand animation subjects
- Ensure deployment of EU strategy across the region
- Build cross-functional partnerships within a matrixed organization
- Define processes and ways of working
- Pilot business relationships with external partners
Qualifications
- Graduated from a business school
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in retail or digital marketing
- Demonstrated ability to develop brand marketing strategies and build strong relationships and partnerships with brands
- Extremely strong collaborative skills, capable of working effectively with different teams across multiple countries in a cross-functional capacity
- High-level problem solving and analytical skills, comfortable working within ambiguity and navigating complex business environments
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both French and English
