Sephora seeks a Brand Marketing Manager in Neuilly-sur-Seine to drive multi-country brand activation strategies and partnerships across Europe.
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and manage brand relationships for all marketing topics, including online and offline activations and conversion-oriented digital projects
- Advise on brand investment in animations and budget monitoring to optimize marketing spend
- Develop and coordinate overall brand growth strategy by defining personalized activation roadmaps across Sephora's complete ecosystem in European countries
- Support merchant team strategy and offer priorities by building tailored animation strategies for each brand
- Lead key external meetings with brands including negotiations, campaign kick-offs, business reviews, and recurring strategy sessions
- Analyze brand performance data and market opportunities to identify growth levers and share insights with partners
- Build powerful 360° activation toolboxes with brands and internal experts across creative, merchandising, ecommerce, CRM, and social media channels
- Serve as primary marketing contact for brand activations and provide regional advisory support to local country teams
- Ensure consistent deployment of European strategy across the region
- Build cross-functional partnerships and define processes within a matrixed organizational structure
Qualifications
- Graduated from business school or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in retail or digital marketing
- Demonstrated ability to develop brand marketing strategies and establish strong brand partnerships
- High-level problem solving and analytical capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
