Brand Marketing Manager – Sephora UK, London | Lead omnichannel campaigns for beauty brands in this temporary full-time role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with assigned surge and priority brands, aligning marketing activity with commercial objectives
  • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of 360-degree omnichannel launches tailored to each brand's identity
  • Serve as central point of contact for internal stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional taskforces and campaign execution
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen launches and support sustained brand growth across marketing teams
  • Manage campaign assets, timelines and approvals to ensure compliance with Sephora and partner brand guidelines
  • Present launch strategies, marketing plans and progress updates to senior leadership
  • Track campaign performance, sales traffic and promotional ROI to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Create comprehensive post-campaign reports and strategic recommendations for brand partners and leadership
  • Collaborate with Digital and Media teams to optimise paid search, paid social and affiliate activity
  • Manage brand incubation, co-op and local marketing budgets to maximise commercial impact
  • Oversee external agency relationships across media, events and production to ensure on-time, on-brand delivery

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing, account management or retail marketing
  • Proven experience building and managing relationships with external brand partners and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead integrated omnichannel campaigns from concept through launch and review
  • Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate complex campaigns and multiple contributors
  • Commercial and analytical capability using sales and digital marketing performance data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of digital and retail marketing channels including paid search, paid social and affiliate marketing
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline (beneficial)
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom at the start of employment
