Sephora seeks Brand Marketing Group Manager in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France for four-month CDD contract managing European fragrance omnichannel strategy.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage strategic brand relationships across all marketing disciplines, coordinating online and offline activations, digital projects, and data sharing across European markets
  • Develop and execute personalized brand activation roadmaps designed to improve performance consistency across all Sephora European touchpoints
  • Lead comprehensive omnichannel animation development and coordinate deployment across countries according to established timelines
  • Supervise creation of 360° marketing support materials in collaboration with internal creative, merchandising, ecommerce, CRM, social media, and PR specialists
  • Serve as primary marketing contact for selective brand activations and category strategy, providing direct support to local country teams across 16 markets
  • Conduct brand performance analysis to identify growth opportunities and share actionable insights with brand partners
  • Oversee all internal cross-functional marketing meetings to ensure flawless project execution and team communication
  • Manage and develop a team of four Brand Marketing Managers, two Brand Marketing Specialists, and one apprentice
  • Build and maintain strategic cross-functional partnerships within a complex, matrixed organizational structure
  • Establish processes and working protocols with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a business school
  • Minimum eight years of project management experience in retail or digital marketing
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing brand marketing strategies and cultivating exceptional brand partnerships
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, particularly in ambiguous and complex business environments
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams, geographies, and functional areas
  • Strong leadership and exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Deep passion for the beauty industry

Experience
