Sephora (Neuilly‑sur‑Seine) seeks a Brand Marketing Group Manager to lead fragrance omnichannel marketing across Europe.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the omnichannel marketing strategy for the Fragrance selective category across Europe, aligning retail, ecommerce, CRM, social, media, PR and events.
  • Act as the primary marketing advisor to strategic brand partners: build and sustain brand relationships, negotiate external meetings, and steward launch and business reviews.
  • Design and coordinate personalised activation roadmaps and investment recommendations to support brand growth and Merchant/Category priorities.
  • Develop compelling 360° activation toolboxes and omnichannel trade animations in collaboration with internal experts (creative, merchandising, ecommerce, CRM, social, media, PR & training).
  • Analyse brand and activation performance to identify opportunities, share insights with partners and recommend optimisation actions.
  • Serve as the main marketing contact for country teams to ensure consistent deployment of EU strategies and support local activation needs.
  • Drive cross‑functional partnerships and define ways of working in a highly matrixed organisation; manage relationships with external partners.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of Brand Marketing Managers and Specialists, ensuring flawless execution and internal alignment.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Master 2, business school or equivalent university degree).
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience in retail and/or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing brand marketing strategies and high‑value brand partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and collaborate across multiple countries in a matrix environment.
  • Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong leadership, presentation and negotiation skills with excellence in written and spoken French and English.
  • Genuine passion for the beauty category.

Experience
