Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and follow-up of 360° marketing campaigns for fragrance across Retail, E‑store, CRM and Social Media at European scale.
  • Coordinate with local markets, internal cross‑functional teams and brand partners to ensure aligned campaign implementation and timing.
  • Monitor campaign performance, produce analyses and KPI reports, and propose optimisation levers to drive commercial and brand outcomes.
  • Prepare presentations, build ad‑hoc analyses and contribute to daily marketing operations for the fragrance portfolio.
  • Conduct market and trend surveillance to identify best practices and competitive insights to inform creative and tactical differentiation.
  • Facilitate administrative and project management tasks to ensure smooth campaign rollouts across channels and markets.

Qualifications

  • Enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Business, Communication or equivalent and eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract in France.
  • Availability for a 12‑ or 24‑month apprenticeship beginning September 2026 and ability to work onsite in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine with a hybrid schedule.
  • Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory); French language proficiency is strongly advantageous.
  • First marketing experience (internship or previous alternance) is appreciated.
  • Highly organised, proactive, autonomous and able to manage competing priorities with rigor.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and good presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team orientation.

Experience

Entry-level; previous internship or first alternating work-placement in marketing or communications is appreciated but not mandatory.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field; eligible for alternance/apprenticeship in France.
