Sephora Ribeirão Prêto hiring Brand Consultant – Brow Bar Specialist. Full-time, beauty retail role with Benefit brand focus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary brand expert for Benefit products, specializing in eyebrow design and upper lip hair removal services at the dedicated brow bar
- Deliver exceptional client consultations and services, meeting daily performance targets of 3–5 service appointments
- Maintain pristine presentation of assigned brand gondola, ensuring consistent stock levels and visual merchandising standards
- Execute closing procedures, including thorough cleaning and organization of the brow bar workspace and surrounding retail area
- Provide clients with professional beauty advice and product recommendations aligned with Sephora brand standards
Qualifications
- Secondary education diploma (Ensino Médio) completed
- Formal certification or technical training in eyebrow design, makeup artistry, aesthetics, or cosmetology
- Prior experience in beauty retail, cosmetics counter work, or luxury fashion client service
- Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications
- Prior professional experience as an eyebrow designer or beauty specialist (preferred)

Entry-level to beginner-level experience; candidates with existing beauty or retail service backgrounds are preferred but not required. Prior brow design or cosmetics counter experience is advantageous.
Education
