Sephora Brand Consultant – Beauty Specialist in São Caetano do Sul, Brazil. Brow bar and beauty retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as Benefit brand specialist with primary focus on brow bar services including eyebrow shaping and upper lip hair removal
- Maintain organized, fully stocked product displays and shelving
- Deliver client consultations meeting Sephora excellence standards, targeting 3–5 client interactions daily
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of assigned workspace
- Provide product recommendations aligned with client needs and brand positioning
Qualifications
- Secondary education (Ensino Médio) completed
- Professional certification or diploma in Eyebrow Design, Makeup, Aesthetics, or Cosmetology
- Prior experience as an eyebrow designer or beauty specialist (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Customer service excellence and sales orientation
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or beauty consulting is beneficial. Prior experience as an eyebrow designer is a significant asset.
Education
Secondary education (Ensino Médio) completion required. Professional technical certification in Eyebrow Design, Makeup, Aesthetics, or Cosmetology is mandatory.
