Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for store leadership roles across a defined multi-district region, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to ensure an efficient candidate experience.
  • Design and implement a proactive regional recruitment structure and sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and critical roles, anticipating future hiring needs and building talent pipelines.
  • Develop and deploy employer branding initiatives and local activation plans that reflect Sephora’s culture and support attraction and retention in retail stores.
  • Support talent management and succession planning by identifying regional talent gaps and recommending tailored development and hiring strategies.
  • Deliver training and enablement for field leaders, including New Store Opening career fairs, quarterly Field Talent Playbook sessions and national education content.
  • Produce and maintain Talent Acquisition reporting and dashboards; leverage market intelligence and recruitment metrics to inform field strategy and continuous improvement.
  • Manage special projects to enhance recruiting processes and oversee the regional TA budget with fiscal discipline.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience within an internal talent acquisition team, preferably supporting retail or multi-site operations.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing recruitment strategies and programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence hiring managers and simplify complex information for varied audiences.
  • Strong organizational aptitude, attention to detail and capacity to operate with a sense of urgency.
  • Proven ability to deliver employer brand initiatives and to represent the company as a credible ambassador.
