Sephora — Sales and Service Leader in Austin, TX. Full-time hourly role ($26–$34/hr) leading a retail team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to inspire and motivate the store team, driving sales performance and exceptional client experiences.
  • Coach, mentor and develop team members through regular feedback, product training and performance management.
  • Deliver personalised client consultations and recommendations to maximise conversion and basket value.
  • Contribute to daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising and adherence to company standards.
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning for new hires, ensuring proficiency in loyalty programmes and brand initiatives.
  • Champion an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s policies for a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
  • Maintain flexible availability to cover peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality or service environments.
  • Proven ability to coach teams and drive measurable sales results through client engagement and product expertise.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer-service orientation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Availability to work 30–40 hours per week with required flexibility for peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays).

Experience
