Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised makeup and skincare consultations that educate clients on product benefits, application techniques and trends.
- Create memorable in-store experiences that build emotional connections and drive conversion and repeat visits.
- Upsell and promote Sephora’s CRM program, loyalty benefits and store promotions to maximise customer lifetime value.
- Maintain visual and operational standards: merchandising, stock replenishment, housekeeping and readiness for events and promotions.
- Support store initiatives and special events, contributing to collective sales targets and store priorities.
- Participate in continuous learning and cross-training to expand brand and product expertise and to mentor peers.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ hands-on experience in make-up artistry within a retail or professional beauty environment.
- Proven track record in retail sales, client advisory or consultative selling.
- Certificate or diploma in makeup artistry or skincare highly desirable.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and occasional outside-hours events.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly and adapt to changing store priorities.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in makeup artistry and beauty retail, demonstrating client advisory skills and measurable sales contribution.
Education
Certificate or diploma in makeup artistry or skincare preferred but not required.
