Sephora — Beauty Stockroom Specialist in Berlin (Mall of Berlin). Permanent full‑time role overseeing receiving, inventory and replenishment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and organise incoming deliveries; ensure correct storage and documentation in the stockroom.
- Maintain accurate inventory through regular counts, cycle counts and reconciliation against sales and systems.
- Coordinate timely replenishment of the sales floor to maximise product availability and support sales targets.
- Prepare merchandise for sale (labelling, unpacking, sorting) and support visual merchandising updates and store remodels.
- Operate the stockroom in compliance with internal warehouse, safety and Sephora audit procedures to minimise shrinkage.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and store teams on reordering, campaign launches and seasonal conversions.
- Keep stockroom and sales floor areas orderly and clean; contribute to KPIs such as stock accuracy and goods availability.
Qualifications
- Completed three‑year vocational training in logistics OR minimum three years' professional experience in stockroom, warehouse or operations.
- Proven experience in inventory control, goods receipt and stock replenishment in a retail environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work accurately under pressure and meet KPI targets.
- Communicative, reliable, team‑oriented with a hands‑on, dynamic approach.
- Fluent in English or fluent in the country’s native language (German preferred for Berlin).

Minimum three years' practical experience in stockroom operations, logistics or retail inventory management; or completion of a three‑year vocational qualification in logistics.
Education
Three‑year vocational training in logistics or equivalent; alternatively, demonstrated equivalent professional experience.
