Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs and build lasting relationships.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive selling and clienteling.
- Support store operations including inventory management, merchandising, replenishment and visual standards.
- Ensure a clean, organised and welcoming sales floor that adheres to company safety and operational policies.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment that supports Sephora’s culture of belonging.
- Work flexible schedules and reliably cover assigned shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent customer service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
- Team-oriented, results-driven approach with a commitment to meeting sales objectives.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending and stocking tasks.
- Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Experience
Entry-level position; previous retail or client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to provide strong service and build client relationships is valued.
Education
