Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services in the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application, consistent with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
  • Drive sales and service results by recommending products, rebooking beauty services, and converting in‑store consultations into product sales.
  • Educate and empower clients with up‑to‑date product knowledge and trend insights to create personalised routines and long‑term relationships.
  • Maintain active licensure, adhere to health, safety and hygiene protocols, and ensure a sanitary service environment.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, team‑oriented environment and comply with company policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Maintain flexible availability and meet required weekly shift minimums, including nights, weekends and holidays; demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

  • Active, state‑issued license to perform waxing, makeup application and false eyelash application in the state of practice.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar beauty services role or in retail, hospitality, or client‑service environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide personalised client service and build lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to meet scheduling requirements for part‑time retail hours and availability during peak periods (evenings, weekends, holidays).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
