Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup, waxing, and false lash application services according to Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Guide clients through the Beauty Studio experience and beyond, leveraging expert knowledge of beauty trends and products
- Drive sales results by rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and recommending complementary products
- Maintain active licensure and consistently uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive, empowering workplace culture that celebrates diversity and collaboration
- Uphold Sephora standards by adhering to company policies and creating a safe, secure shopping experience
- Meet minimum weekly shift requirements and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance

Qualifications
- Active state license for waxing, makeup, and false lash application services
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar beauty services role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments

- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting client relationships
- Ability to physically lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Skills
Experience
1–3 years of professional experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality, or service-oriented environments. Prior exposure to Sephora's product range or similar luxury beauty retail preferred but not required.
Education
Active state cosmetology, esthetics, or equivalent professional beauty license required for the jurisdiction in which services are performed.
