Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services (makeup application, waxing, false-lash application and other services on Sephora’s Beauty Services menu) while maintaining high standards of hygiene and licensure.
- Provide tailored client consultations to recommend products, perform services, and rebook appointments to drive sales and service metrics.
- Achieve individual and store performance targets through product sales, service conversion and proactive clienteling.
- Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to educate and inspire clients.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture and uphold company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Active, state-recognized license authorizing waxing, makeup and false-lash services where services will be performed.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar beauty service role or in retail, hospitality, or client-facing service environments preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver personalized consultations and build repeat client relationships.
- Reliable availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual and consistent attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; entry-level candidates with required licensure and strong client service aptitude will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; required state cosmetology/esthetician license.
