Sephora is hiring a Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part-Time) in Meridian, ID. $18.20–$21.10/hr. Provide beauty services and drive client satisfaction.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup, waxing, and false lash application services according to Sephora's Beauty Services menu while maintaining active licensing and health/safety compliance
- Drive service revenue and product sales through personalized client consultations, beauty education, and service rebooking to achieve store targets
- Educate clients on beauty trends, products, and techniques; build lasting relationships through exceptional, inclusive customer service
- Maintain current beauty licenses and uphold rigorous hygiene and sanitation standards; model company policies and create a safe, welcoming shopping environment
- Foster a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork; collaborate with colleagues in a goal-oriented, supportive retail environment
- Demonstrate flexibility and reliability by meeting minimum weekly shift requirements and being available during peak retail operations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Valid, active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false lash application services in the state of Idaho
- 1–3 years of experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality, or service-oriented roles
- Strong product knowledge and demonstrated expertise in current beauty trends and techniques
- Ability to deliver personalized client service and establish meaningful client relationships
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Proven ability to thrive in collaborative, goal-oriented environments

1–3 years' experience in a similar beauty services role, or in retail, hospitality, or service environments
