Sephora Canada in Winnipeg is hiring a Beauty Services Manager to lead the in‑store Beauty Studio (full‑time, permanent).

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day‑to‑day operations of the store’s Beauty, Skincare and Fragrance Studio, ensuring exceptional client experiences and operational excellence.
  • Drive the strategy and execution of paid 1:1 services (makeup applications, skincare treatments) and oversee the Online Reservation system and advisor availability.
  • Coach, certify and develop Beauty Services Leads, Coordinators and Advisors to meet company standards for artistry, service and sales.
  • Plan, staff and execute in‑store classes, events and brand activations in partnership with brand collaborators to maximize client engagement and sales.
  • Manage scheduling, staffing levels and the client check‑in process to support volume while maintaining service quality.
  • Oversee inventory, tester management and supplies to ensure a consistent, compliant and beautiful Studio experience.
  • Participate as Manager on Duty, engaging directly with clients and supporting the wider store team as required.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of management experience in beauty, retail or customer service, or equivalent internal experience.
  • Proven track record coaching and developing frontline teams to meet performance expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute events or activations that drive community engagement and sales.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Makeup artistry or professional skincare service background is an asset.

Experience
