Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of Beauty Studios, Skincare Studios, and Fragrance Studios, ensuring coordinating staff are properly trained to lead services effectively
- Promote innovation by ensuring beauty advisors leverage technological advances to deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences
- Manage online reservation systems, including publishing advisor and workshop availability, and maintain adequate staffing to support increased service demand
- Plan and execute all in-store events in collaboration with the services team, ensuring proper staffing and maximized learning and sales opportunities
- Direct the training, development, and certification process for beauty advisors, creating opportunities to enhance artistic and technical competencies
- Conduct performance management activities and provide timely feedback to team members for continuous improvement
- Periodically assume store manager responsibilities and interact with advisors and customers on the sales floor
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, customer service, or equivalent internal experience
- Demonstrated track record of coaching teams to achieve organizational objectives with a passion for training, development, and education
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience generating business or organizing events that create meaningful community and customer connections
- Excellent time-management skills applied to team optimization and operational efficiency
- Preferred: expertise or passion in makeup or skincare
