Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of Beauty Studios, Skincare Studios, and Fragrance Studios, ensuring proper staffing and resource allocation
- Oversee the online reservation system, including advisor availability and workshop scheduling
- Lead team development and certification of beauty advisors, creating opportunities for continuous skill enhancement
- Coordinate in-store events and workshops in collaboration with brand partners to maximize learning opportunities and sales
- Manage performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to direct reports for continuous improvement
- Drive innovation adoption among beauty advisors, leveraging technological solutions to enhance customer experience
- Ensure adequate staffing levels to support service demand while maintaining operational efficiency and quality customer reception
- Periodically assume store management responsibilities and engage with advisors and customers on the sales floor
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, customer service, or equivalent internal experience
- Demonstrated experience leading teams to achieve organizational objectives
- Proven passion for training, development, and customer education
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience generating business or organizing community and customer engagement events
- Excellent time management skills with ability to optimize team efficiency
- Strong knowledge of makeup or skincare (preferred but not required)
