Sephora Canada — Beauty Services Manager in Edmonton. Lead the store Beauty Studio, manage paid services, coach advisors; full-time permanent role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and operate the in-store Beauty, Skincare and Fragrance Studio, ensuring high standards of client service, cleanliness, tester management and product availability.
  • Coach, certify and develop the Paid-Service Beauty Advisor team, including Beauty Services Leads and Coordinators, through structured training, performance feedback and artistic development opportunities.
  • Manage the Online Reservation system: publish advisor availability, schedule services and classes, and ensure staffing aligns with reservation demand to optimize client flow and revenue.
  • Drive the strategy and execution of 1:1 paid services (makeup applications, skincare treatments) and partner with brand collaborators to plan and deliver in-store classes and events that generate engagement and sales.
  • Act as Manager on Duty as required; engage directly with clients on the floor to model consultative selling and elevated guest experiences.
  • Oversee event logistics and staffing for in-store activations to maximize client learning and commercial impact.
  • Participate in performance management processes for direct reports, delivering timely coaching, development plans and corrective action when necessary.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of management experience in beauty, retail or customer service, or equivalent internal experience.
  • Proven track record of coaching teams to meet company performance standards and of delivering training and development initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute in-store events or community-facing activations that drive business results.
  • Strong time-management skills and the capacity to organize team schedules to meet service demand.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with retail operations.
  • Makeup artistry or skincare services experience is a strong asset.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 54,800 to CAD 68,500 per annum.
