Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm upon store entry
- Provide cordial and specialized service tailored to customer needs
- Identify customer requirements through effective consultation and recommend appropriate products
- Communicate detailed product knowledge to customers
- Participate as a motivated and productive team member
- Identify store improvement opportunities and propose solutions
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to Sephora visual standards
- Execute Sephora policies and procedures with consistency
- Perform point-of-sale transactions when authorized
- Participate in inventory control and quality assurance

- Seek additional training as needed and mentor new consultants

Qualifications
- Secondary or equivalent education
- Minimum 3 years retail experience or equivalent
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems if trained
- Product handling and application capability
- Availability and schedule flexibility
- Consistency and reliability in service delivery
