Sephora in São Paulo is hiring a Beauty Sales Consultant at Shopping Pátio Higienópolis. Full‑time retail role focused on client service and product expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage every customer with enthusiasm; conduct consultative needs analysis and recommend products to meet those needs.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and perform product application or sampling when appropriate.
- Deliver personalised, friendly and expert client service to drive conversion and elevate customer experience.
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards in accordance with Sephora concepts and procedures.
- Operate the point-of-sale when authorised; complete transactions accurately and manage cash-handling procedures.
- Support inventory control, participate in stock quality checks and contribute to loss-prevention initiatives.
- Adhere to all Sephora and LVMH policies, including code of ethics, confidentiality and store security standards.
- Complete mandatory training modules and proactively pursue additional learning; assist in onboarding and coaching new consultants.
- Contribute to a collaborative, organised and solutions-oriented store environment; identify improvement opportunities and participate in implementation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Clear verbal communication skills and strong customer-service orientation.
- Availability and scheduling flexibility for retail hours.
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems (when authorised) and handle transactions accurately.
- Comfortable handling and applying beauty products to clients.
- Professional presentation and adherence to the store dress code.
- Reliable, consistent service delivery and respect for confidentiality.
- Foreign language skills desirable but not specified.

Experience
Entry-level; previous retail experience and/or experience in beauty is desirable but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
