Sephora — São Paulo: Beauty Sales Consultant (JK Iguatemi). Full-time retail role focused on client service, product expertise and store standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers on arrival, conducting needs-based consultations and recommending products to meet individual requirements.
  • Deliver expert, friendly product demonstrations and application services to convert sales and build long-term client relationships.
  • Maintain store appearance and merchandising in line with Sephora visual standards and promotional concepts.
  • Operate the point of sale (POS) and perform cashier duties when required, ensuring transaction accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Participate in stock control, inventory checks and loss-prevention initiatives to protect company assets.
  • Complete assigned operational tasks promptly and adhere to Sephora policies, security and safety procedures.
  • Undertake mandatory training via My Sephora Learning and support the onboarding and coaching of new consultants.
  • Monitor market and competitor activity, remain current with beauty trends and proactively share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience; retail experience desirable and prior beauty/cosmetics experience preferred.
  • Strong customer-service orientation, clear verbal communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to operate a point of sale (POS) and handle cash/transactions if certified to do so.
  • Capacity to apply and demonstrate beauty products on customers and maintain hygiene standards.
  • Flexible availability to meet store scheduling needs and adherence to company dress code and conduct policy.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and integrity; alignment with Sephora and LVMH code of ethics.
